El-Classy Stores offers a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you have up to five (5) days return window for those products that meet our requirements for return.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery, after which you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service as the case may be) in the first two to three days of purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

Items eligible for Returns

  • Damaged Item possibly during transit are eligible for returns upon validation
  • Wrong Item which implies item different from what was displayed on website, or mix-ups during order processing or delivery.
  • Items with manufacturer defect; especially if not functioning on arrival.

Items not eligible for Returns

  • Products that have been altered from their original form or damaged due to misuse.
  • Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery.
  • Any item with a damaged seal, or that’s been used in any amount, can no longer be returned.
  • Beauty, health and personal products, or those that fell in such category.
  • Jewellery.
  • Bed sheets.
  • Underwear etc

Steps to follow for a refund

STEP 1:

Initiate a Complain:  Via our email: el-classystores@gmail.com or call our mobile line or send us a message on WhatsApp. Also include pictures of the product that was delivered to you as a means of evidence.

STEP 2:

Confirmation & Authorization: Upon receipt of your complaint, claim is validated, we will provide you with information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.

STEP 3:

Get Resolution: Once we have confirmed the receipt of the item sent to us, we will inspect it and ensure you get a resolution. This could be a replacement, exchange or refund as the case may be.
